Refund policy

Our Commitment to Satisfaction: At Cat Tree Haven, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your cat trees we are here to help.

Returns:

• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

• Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Restocking Fee:

• Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies and the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
